Maddalee's "Spring Tree" DIY Card Tutorial

Spring, Spring, how I love the feeling of Spring by this time of the year! Even though there are winter storm warnings throughout parts of the U.S. and maybe even here in Chicagoland this coming weekend, we have felt like Spring for a week or so. Join me in the celebration and make one of these darling little "Tree Cards" to give to someone that needs a breath of fresh air, or even frame it as a little print. I hope all of you sweet friends are having good weather, a good week, or something warm and wonderful that feels like Spring.

Materials:
-4 3/8" x 5 3/4" envelope
-Brown card stock and additional scrap paper colors, as shown. Or choose your own!
-7 or so little assorted buttons
-Embroidery floss or thread and needle
-Scrapping glue of your choice
-Scissors
-Printed PDF pattern, see free download below

Instructions:
1) Cut pieces as shown on the PDF pattern.

2) Glue in place onto the folded card, as shown on the PDF pattern.

3) Stitch the buttons on as shown, tie little knots on the inside of the card.
